The Univeresity Cashier’s Office will be closed on Monday, May 25 for the holiday. We will be glad to assist you when we return on Tuesday, May 26.

From processing tuition and fees to handling payments, refunds, and account inquiries, we ensure everything runs smoothly.

Beyond student accounts, we also serve as the university’s central depository, managing funds and daily bank deposits with accuracy and care. Our team is dedicated to providing friendly, professional service while upholding financial integrity and accountability.

Above all, we prioritize your success and privacy, treating every student with the respect and support they deserve.

Departmental Deposit Hours

Departmental deposit hours are Monday- Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. A secure  depository is available 24 hours a day at the front entrance of Harris Hall (located on the right-hand side of the building, at the top of the outside staircase). This depository can be used for checks only (no cash).  We can arrange to have Brinks pick up cash should the need arise.
