Student Loan Collections

The Student Loan Collections Division manages the repayment of the Federal Perkins Loan and the NC State University Institutional Loan Programs. We work closely with borrowers after they have graduated or withdrawn from the University.

Educational Computer Systems, Incorporated (ECSI) handles North Carolina State University’s student loan billing. Please note that ECSI is a billing service and not a collection agency.
